Shipping return policy

Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours after your order is placed, Monday through Friday.  You will receive your order within 3-5 days, subject to items being in stock.  

Free Shipping is 3-5 days.

Priority Mail: 2-3 day shipping is $7.40+

We apologize but we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We will arrange for delivery of the products to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

All products on our website are legal in the United States. We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws and regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your is legal.
